This Shipping Policy outlines our processes, timelines, costs, and responsibilities. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment (or approval of credit terms, if applicable).

  • Processing includes order verification, picking, packing, and preparation for shipment.

  • Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 2:00 PM EST may be processed on the next business day.

  • Large-volume orders may require additional time for preparation—please contact us for an estimated timeline.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship via a combination of carriers depending on order size, weight, dimensions, and destination:

  • Small parcel orders (under approximately 150 lbs or fitting standard box dimensions): UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

  • We select the most cost-effective and reliable carrier based on your location and order details.

3. Shipping Rates and Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected carrier/service.

  • Rates reflect current carrier pricing, dimensional weight (common for lightweight but bulky corrugated boxes), and any applicable fuel surcharges.

  • We do not mark up shipping excessively; costs are passed through with minimal handling fees where necessary.

  • Free or discounted shipping may apply to qualifying wholesale orders (e.g., orders over a certain value or volume)—details will be displayed during checkout or communicated via your account manager.

  • All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic (continental US):

    • Small parcel: 2-7 business days (ground service).

    • Freight/LTL: 3-10 business days depending on location and carrier.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories: Longer transit times (7-14+ business days); additional charges apply.

  • These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or high-volume periods.

  • Tracking numbers are provided via email once the order ships.

5. Shipping Restrictions and Limitations

  • We ship to most addresses in the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for freight shipments (small parcels may qualify).

  • Certain products may have restrictions due to size, weight, or hazardous material regulations (e.g., some tapes or adhesives)—we will notify you if applicable.

  • Oversized or high-class freight items (e.g., very large corrugated boxes) may be limited in quantity per shipment or incur higher freight classes.

6. Inspection and Claims for Damage or Shortages

Due to the nature of packaging supplies (often bulky and shipped via freight), we strongly recommend:

  • Inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

  • Note any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.

  • Take photos of the packaging, pallet, and damaged items.

  • Report issues to us within 2 business days of delivery (contact via email or phone).

  • For concealed damage (not visible until unpacking), notify us within 5 business days.

  • We will assist with carrier claims, but timely reporting is required for resolution.

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon carrier acceptance (or delivery to your address).

7. Service Interruptions and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including carrier disruptions, natural disasters, strikes, customs issues, pandemics, or supply chain problems.
